Canadians came out swinging in Wellington, with good scores and podium placings to kick off the third week of Global Dressage Festival.

Equestrian Canada honoured riders, owners, coaches, horses and volunteers during Red & White parties at the 2025 National Championships.

The Developing Grand Prix Horse title went to the Canadian on Jill Irving's 11-yr-old; Camille Carier Bergeron and Finnländerin 3rd in Freestyle.

The Canadian rode Finnländerin to score 75.325%; Kevin Kohmann won the class riding Dünensee with a new personal best of 79.24%.

Canada’s Camille Carier Bergeron and Finnlanderin have a good test but the team finishes just out of the final qualifying spot.

The win came board the mare Finnländerin; third place in the class went to fellow Canuck Denielle Gallagher riding Come Back De Massa.
