Para-Equestrian Canada is pleased to announce that Lauren Barwick, Ashley Gowanlock and Roberta Sheffield will compete for Canada at the upcoming Hartpury CPEDI3* Festival of Dressage held July 3 – 5th, 2013 in Gloucester, ENG and the Bishop Burton CPEDI2* held July 18th – 21st, 2013 in Beverley, Yorkshire, ENG.
Barwick of Aldergrove, BC will ride Equine Canada’s nine-year-old Oldenburg mare, Off to Paris. Gowanlock of Surrey, BC will compete on six-year-old chestnut mare, Double Agent, owned by Canadian teammate Sheffield. Sheffield of Lincolnshire, UK will be competing on her 10-year-old bay gelding Dutch Warm Blood, Wonderboy.
A strong support team has accompanied the riders and horses overseas which is led by Mary Longden (Team Coach), Andrea Taylor (Team Coach), Elizabeth Quigg (Chef d’Equipe), and Amie O’Shaughnessy (Director of Para-Equestrian).
