Equestrian sport is proving very popular with fans eager to take in the thrill of top-class international competition at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto.
Tickets for the dressage, evening and show jumping events went on sale starting at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, December 8th, and they are almost all gone.
The finals for show jumping sold out within hours. And only days later, tickets to the eventing final sold out also. As of this writing, tickets still remained for the dressage finals.
Check ticket availability <a href=”http://www.ticketmaster.ca/toronto2015″ target=”_blank”>here</a> for the following events. Prices range from $25-$75 CAD.
• Dressage: July 11, 12 and 14
• Eventing: July 16-18
• Jumping: July 21, 23 and 25
The first block of tickets went on sale through a request system from September 15 – October 6, 2014. To ensure fairness, in situations where more tickets were requested than are available for an event, customer ticket requests were placed in a lottery. This lottery system, which is often used at mega-events like the recent Olympic Games in Vancouver and London, ensured everyone would have equal access to the most in-demand tickets.
