The FEI has announced the formation of the new Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League. The 2015-2016 season of the American League series will consist of 14 competitions in North America, including Canada and Mexico. Each event will act as a qualifier for the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final, taking place in Goteborg in 2016.

Canada will be host to four competitions to be held at Bromont Equestrian Centre, Thunderbird Show Park, Royal West and the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Each competition in the new series, announced in Miami at the SPORTELAmerica, will be available on FEI TV.

The North American League boasts a minimum of US $2.4 million prize money across the series, and offers the best Jumping athletes from North America and around the world the chance to qualify for the jackpot of more than US $1.4 million at the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final.
