New West Coast Host for 2022 Nations Cup Qualifier

For the very first time, the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ USA is coming to the west coast of the United States. In partnership with US Equestrian and the FEI, Blenheim EquiSports has been named the host of a Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ series qualifier, to be held May 10-15, 2022, at Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

“Blenheim EquiSports is very excited to be hosting the U.S. leg of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup in 2022,” said Stephanie Lightner of Blenheim EquiSports. “It has been our goal to bring international caliber show jumping back to San Juan Capistrano and Southern California, and highlighting the Nations Cup will be the pinnacle of our competition calendar next year.”

The prestigious series qualifier will be held as part of the Ranch & Coast Classic, one of Blenheim EquiSports’ year-long competitions offered in San Juan Capistrano, CA, from March through September 2022.

As the only qualifier for the series held on U.S. soil, the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup USA will serve as an opportunity for teams from North/Central America and Caribbean to earn points towards qualification for the annual final competition held in Barcelona, Spain, September 29-October 2, 2022. Other North American 2022 FEI Nations Cup Qualifiers will be held at Coapexpan, Mexico (March 16-21), and Thunderbird Show Park in Langley, BC (May 31-June 5).
