Jumping: Kent Farrington is strong at the top

Kent Farrington (USA) remains world number one three months after reaching the top spot, and just continues winning grand prix classes nearly every week. He is followed by Great Britain’s Ben Maher and Christian Kukuk (GER), while Steve Guerdat (SUI) also rises in the rankings to fourth. Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) closes out the top five.

After a summer of great results, especially at Traverse City Horse Shows where she has been Leading Lady Rider four times, Canadian Erynn Ballard (42nd) has once again moved ahead of Tiffany Foster (49th).

Longines League of Nations: USA increases lead

For the seventh consecutive month, USA maintains its position as leader of the Longines League of Nations™ Ranking. Ireland continues chasing the leaders, but are a bit farther behind than last month. France, Germany, and Belgium round out the top five. Canada remains in 12th place.

Dressage: Charlotte Fry, Glamourdale remain at top

Great Britain’s Charlotte Fry retains the top spot of the FEI Dressage World Ranking for the second month in a row, while her 14-year-old black stallion Glamourdale leads the horse rankings. Germany’s Isabell Werth is second, while Justin Verboomen (BEL), who has been having a banner Big Tour summer riding Zonik Plus, keeps on climbing and ascends to third spot. Becky Moody (GBR) retains her fourth spot, while her fellow countryman Carl Hester has climbed a remarkable 89 positions to claim fifth place.

For Canada, there are currently no top-100 riders; Camille Carier Bergeron sits just outside in 102nd place, slipping from 84th. Canada has many promising developing horses in the CDI2*/1* ranks, including Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu’s ride Jaccardo (16th – 2*) and Viva Vivaldi (83rd – 1*), Flirtfaktor S (43rd-2*) ridden by Jaimey Irwin, as well as Jill Irving’s Knight (39th-1*). In the U25 rankings, Brooke Mancusi is 51st with Dejohn Ymas.

Para Dressage: No changes at the top

Fiona Howard and Team USA maintain the top spot in both Individual and Team rankings. Sara Morganti (ITA) has surpassed Rixt van der Horst Hart (NED). Netherlands and Germany are second and third in the Team ranking; Team Canada is 14th overall. For Canada, Roberta Sheffield is campaigning the seven-year-old gelding Nardando and has marched up the rankings to 32nd place.

Eventing: Harry Meade stays at the top

For the third consecutive month Harry Meade (GBR) remains in the lead; Rosalind Canter (GBR) is second, followed by New Zealand’s Tim Price, USA’s Boyd Martin and Great Britain’s Tom McEwen. Top Canadian is still Jessica Phoenix, who continues to nudge up the list and is now 29th.

Driving: Van Eijk climbs to Pairs top; Exell and Vignaud remain leaders

The top positions in the FEI Driving World Rankings Four-in-Hand and Singles remain unchanged. In the Four-in-Hand division, reigning World Champion Boyd Exell (AUS) continues to dominate. In the Singles category, Marion Vignaud (FRA) retains her leadership, while Stan van Eijk (NED) is the new leader of the Pairs category after surpassing former number one Dennis Schneiders (GER). Top Canadians in the Singles are Kelly Bruder (12th) and Carole Precious (49th), and in Pairs Jérôme Drolet sits 107th.
