The FEI has recognized the potential the equestrian sport has in doing good in the world. In order to ensure that the FEI is continuously involved in strong, efficient and continuous charitable activities, they have chosen to concentrate their efforts on nonprofit organization, JustWorld International; a reputable charity in the equestrian industry with a thorough vetting and evaluation process and a proven track record of more than seventeen years of positive change.

As a result of the FEI and JustWorld partnership, equestrians now share a philanthropic awareness and have access to learning about, experiencing, and contributing to a global campaign against poverty.

JustWorld International

Selected as an Official Charity Partner of the FEI, the governing body of the equestrian sport, JustWorld unites thousands of equestrians from around the world to give children a leg up to a brighter future.

Since 2003, JustWorld works with international partner organizations in impoverished communities to provide the tools and resources necessary to address gaps in education. Because education is the single greatest determinant of poverty status, and it is well-documented that hungry and sick children cannot learn, JustWorld supported programs operate on a whole-child approach to providing students the opportunities for success.

JustWorld funds global humanitarian programs that help children who fall beyond the reach of government or other large-scale organizations. JustWorld has worked with more than a dozen partners from all around the world, providing powerful education and nutrition programs to thousands of children who are reaching out for help. In the last decade more than 77,000 children have received the gift of education and in the past five years alone – 2 million meals have been served – all because of JustWorld and their network of supporters from the equestrian community.

Additionally, the founders of JustWorld partner projects in Cambodia and Guatemala have been recognized as CNN Top 10 Heroes for their work to advance and improve the livelihood of children in their communities. CNN has received tens of thousands of submissions and profiled over 200 heroes. These awards are a testament to the impact the JustWorld projects are making.
