The Equestrian Canada (EC) High Performance Advisory Group (HPAG), in collaboration with National Team Program (NTP) athletes, is proud to announce the launch of the 2026 Across the Nation clinic series, a coast-to-coast initiative designed to bring elite Canadian eventing expertise directly to local communities.

Led by some of Canada’s most accomplished eventing athletes, the clinic series will provide riders from EV60 through EV110 levels with access to world-class coaching, mentorship, and education while helping strengthen the future of the sport nationwide.

The initiative aims to unite riders, coaches, organizers, venues, and supporters through a shared commitment to growing eventing in Canada from grassroots participation to international high-performance success.

Supporting the Future of Canadian Eventing

More than a training opportunity, Across the Nation Clinics serve as a national fundraising initiative supporting key areas of the sport.

Funds generated through each clinic will be allocated as follows:

  • 50% – High Performance Programs (athlete support and development)
  • 25% – Venue Development (infrastructure improvements and facility access)
  • 25% – Domestic Eventing (competitions and national opportunities)

Each clinic location is expected to contribute approximately $3,000 in fundraising support.

Call for Venue Partners

The EC High Performance Advisory Group is inviting eventing venues across Canada to become part of this growing initiative in 2026 and beyond.

Partner venues will play a direct role in supporting Canadian equestrian sport by providing access to show jumping and cross-country facilities and, where possible, accommodations for participating National Team Program athletes.

Venue operators interested in hosting future Across the Nation Clinics are encouraged to submit available dates and join this national effort to strengthen and expand eventing opportunities across Canada.
