The Challenge of the Americas spectacular of teams performing dressage musical quadrilles and show jumping to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation will be held in the International Arena at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center on Saturday, March 8.
Among the highlights is the opening ride by Steffen Peters in a musical Tribute to America that will be under floodlights on the all-weather footing. The arena can accommodate thousands of spectators in stadium-style flip-up seats as well as viewing from the International Club where the dinner catered by the Equestrian Club Tavern on the Green and dancing will be held.
The Challenge, in its seventh year, is one of the most anticipated events around the CN Winter Winter Equestrian Festival presented by Zimmerman Advertising.
For 2008, the squads are Purina Mills Team USA, Morgan Stanley Team International and SSG Gloves Team Can/Am.
VIP tickets are $250 and General Admission tickets are a $20 donation at the gate.
