Equestrian Management Group is planning to host a Masterclass with European Eventing Championship gold medalist Ingrid Klimke, at the Caledon Equestrian Park. However, they say that unless they meet their ticket sales goal by September 17th, the event will be cancelled. They released the following statement:
To the Equestrian Community,
As you are aware, Equestrian Management Group (EMG) continues to be dedicated to the education, growth and support of the equestrian community in its entirety. This rings true across all equestrian disciplines of all levels.
In recent years, EMG has broadened the nature of equestrian events that is offered to encompass teaching clinics with the highest level of athletes in their respective discipline. After much research and community feedback, our choice for 2019 was to invite European Championship Gold Medal winner Ingrid Klimke to conduct a Masterclass hosted at the Caledon Equestrian Park.
Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to the extraordinary financial obligations that hosting a Masterclass of this nature entails without the confident support of the equestrian community and attendees.
The reality is that EMG has no choice but to communicate that a rise in auditor passes, VIP seats and VIP table sales needs to increase quite substantially over the next 10 days.
For those that have purchased tickets and tables for the event, thank you for your confidence and support. For those who have been waiting it out, please make your purchases NOW, this will allow EMG to move forward what will be a remarkable, once in a lifetime Masterclass.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Should we NOT reach our sales goals, 100 % of your ticket price will be refunded Sept 17, 2019.
Sincerely,
Equestrian Management Group
