With the competition held prior to the June 19, 2016 deadline for riders to obtain the necessary minimum scores to be considered for the Canadian Para-Equestrian Team at the 2016 Rio Paralympics, it will be a key stop for Canadian riders on the road to Rio. In addition, it will provide young and developing Para-Dressage riders with the opportunity to gain invaluable international competition experience in preparation for the 2016 FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships (NAJYRC), taking place June 9-12, 2016 in Colorado.

Athletes interested in competing at the Thunderbird Touch of Class International Para-Dressage CPEDI 3* can request the policy to compete by emailing para-equestrian@equinecanada.ca.
