Wellington, FL – January 2, 2006 – Stadium Jumping Inc. announced today the protocols that are now in place for horses arriving at the WEF Showgrounds at the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club in Wellington.

SJI also announced that until further notice, the WEF Stable Office, located at the main stable entrance on Pierson Road, will act as a satellite horse show office, and that there will be no access to the main horse show office for any non-accredited personnel until further notice. The stabling office will be able to provide entry blanks, prize lists and a drop off box for completed entries.
The following statement was issued by Stadium Jumping regarding EHV protocols:
We want you to know that we are Virus-Free at the Stadium Jumping, Inc. (Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club) show grounds in Wellington, and we are taking pro-active measures to keep it that way.
Until further notice, the following protocol must be followed for all horses entering the WEF (Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club) show grounds:
Vet Check Protocol
- Anyone entering the site must coordinate their arrival with Tom Blankenship, Stable Manager 561-793-5867
- All Horses arriving must have Stadium Jumping, Inc. “Requirements for Right of Entry” filled out completely for acceptance. (see attached) The requirements for Right of Entry may also be found on the Stadium Jumping, Inc. website stadiumjumping.com
Please call 24 hours prior to arrival and plan to arrive between 8 and 5 pm.
