A new smartphone app launched by the Ontario SPCA will connect horse lovers with horses available for adoption and allow users to report animal cruelty with a simple tap in the easy-to-navigate interface.

“We have many wonderful horses in our care who are looking for loving forever homes” says Bonnie Bishop, Senior Inspector – Farm Animal Welfare, Ontario SPCA. “This app will make it more convenient for people searching for a horse or pony to view those available for adoption through the Ontario SPCA.”

Tapping the “Adopt” icon allows users to view horses up for adoption throughout the province. They can also request push notifications to find out when new horses become available.
