A new Athlete Pathway Grant is supporting the next generation of Canadian equestrian athletes on their path to compete at The Royal.
The Athlete Pathway Grant Program is an initiative of The Royal Horse Show created to support young equestrian athletes on their journey to compete at The Royal.
The program helps offset the costs of competing on a national stage while recognizing the commitment, sportsmanship and excellence that define our sport.
Why Apply?
Competing at The Royal is an incredible opportunity, but getting there can come with significant costs. The Athlete Pathway Grant is designed to help eligible young athletes take that next step and experience competition on a national stage.
Who is Eligible?
- Junior riders as defined by Equestrian Canada
- Canadian residents
- Athletes competing in a division or class with a recognized national ranking or qualification pathway to The Royal
- Final eligibility is contingent on confirmed qualification for The Royal Horse Show 2026
