Canadian Olympian Jacqueline Brooks won the Ottawa Dressage Festival CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle aboard D Niro, marking the geldingโ€™s first victory in two years. The duo scored 72.400%, beating out Alexandra Dvorak and Fling (67.875%) and Elizabeth Steacie with Callahan (67.650%).

Fellow Olympian Belinda Trussell won the Grand Prix Special CDI3* and Grand Prix CDI3* riding Tattoo 15, with scores of 69.843% and 70.540% respectively. The 14-year old Westfalian gelding, who recently made his grand prix debut, is now Trussellโ€™s main mount, taking over for long-time partner, Anton, who was retired from top level dressage earlier this year. Trussell also topped the Prix St. Georges with Carlucci (71.677%).

Christilot Boylen, who won the CDI Leading Athlete Award, took the top spots in the Intermediate 1 CDI1* and Intermediate 1 Freestyle CDI1* with Rocky Lane.
