Free trip-planning app for Pan Am Games

If you want to know the fastest route to take to get around from venue to venue during the Pan Am Games, where to park, shuttle locations, real-time info about road closures due to accidents, even a booking feature for handicapped-accessible parking spots, check out Ontario’s new 2015 Pan Am Games trip planner at 2015gamestripplanner.ca. There is also a free online version that can be downloaded for Apple, Android and BlackBerry devices that provides hands-free audible alerts.
Also note that from June 29 to July 27, temporary High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes will be in place on stretches of the QEW and Highways 401, 404 and 427. The temporary HOV lanes will be available to the general public for vehicles with three or more occupants during the Pan Am Games and two or more occupants from July 28 to Aug.18 for the Parapan Am Games.
