Daniel Coyle of Ireland secured two victories on Friday, June 6, in The Mustangs 1.55m riding Legacy and earlier in the day in The Partners 1.50m with Incredible during the ‘Continental’ CSI5*, presented by Rolex. Both horses are owned by Canadian Ariel Grange.

It was a great morning for the Irish, with a full podium finish in The Partners 1.50m competition on the All Canada Ring over the track designed by Canadian FEI course designer Peter Grant. Daniel Coyle (IRL), Darragh Kenny (IRL) and David O’Brian (IRL) placed first, second, third respectively after a competitive seven-horse jump off, with Coyle and Legacy laying down the fastest clear jump-off in a time of 40.28 seconds.

Winning twice in one day is not an easy feat at Spruce Meadows, but the Irish veteran then piloted the grey gelding Incredible through the 1.55m track in The Mustangs in the afternoon to log another big victory after a 16-horse jump-off.
