For the second year, the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association used on-site and video submissions to evaluate stallions for licensing. Supervised by a senior inspector at each site, the videos were reviewed with the assistance of our international judges Jan-Ove Olsson (Sweden) and Hakan Wahlman (Finland).
