Equestrian athletes from 11 National Olympic Committees will make their Youth Olympic Games (YOG) debut when they head to Buenos Aires (ARG) this October for the 2018 YOG.

Riders from Bolivia, Haiti, Hungary, Honduras, Iraq, Jordan, Mauritius, Mexico, Uzbekistan, Venezuela and Zambia will join athletes from 19 other nations in the Argentinian capital, showcasing the next generation of equestrian talent as they compete in the largest multi-sport youth event in the world.

Overall, 30 nations have qualified from around the globe and will participate in the Jumping competitions, the sole discipline representing equestrian and one of the 32 sports on the programme at this third edition of the summer Youth Olympic Games, which are held every four years.
