Sport Licence Holders were invited to submit suggestions for rule changes; they were reviewed and are now posted for comment.

Following a public outcry when images of US dressage rider Cesar Parra surfaced mistreating horses at his home base, the scope of jurisdiction will be increased.

EC will consider pertinent comments and modify/correct/withdraw any proposed 2024 rule changes requiring attention prior to publication.

Changes are in effect for dressage Young Horse classes, Hunter Derbies, and the authority of Ground Juries regarding horse welfare.
