The investigation into David, Victoria and Jason Small for the neglect of horses in their care has ended in a jail sentence for the entire family.

David Lee, Victoria and Jason Leroy Small, accused in a case of animal cruelty in Ontario, have decided to plead guilty and face sentencing next month.
