The feature class during Week III of the Winter Spectacular Show at WEC – Ocala saw Canada's Tiffany Foster 6th with Brighton.
"I try to protect him now and just really aim for the classes that matter," said Tiffany of the 15-year-old gelding winning the final grand prix of the season at Tbird.
“We’re just happy to be here, crowd or no crowd.” International riders converged on the Calgary venue for the National.
Day three of the Spruce Meadows National saw the competition heat up and wins for Canada's Foster and Australia's Katie Laurie.
Kent Farrington and Creedance prove uncatchable in the $73,000 CaptiveOne Advisors Classic CSI5*; Tiffany Foster top Canadian in 6th.
Canadians Eric Lamaze and Tiffany Foster place 5-6 in the class, while Rachel Cornacchia grabs 2nd place in $50,000 grand prix.
Tiffany Foster and Brighton grab 6th place in the CSI3*; all WEF feature classes are available to watch for free both live and on-demand.
Beth Underhill also had a top-10 finish with Count Me In during Saturday's feature at the Desert International Horse Park in Thermal, CA.
