2024 is the start of the next evolution for World Equestrian Center – Ocala. The new year will see the completion and continuation of a series of property development projects, including the much-anticipated opening of The Riding Academy Hotel, a new 390-studio-and-suite hotel on-site, as well as the addition of a sixth indoor arena, seven additional outdoor arenas and the University of Florida Health Family Medicine Center.
Adjacent to The Riding Academy Hotel, the future 180,000-square-foot Event Center is set to open in 2025 with traditional meeting and event space, a grand ballroom and four new restaurants, including two rooftop concepts. Additionally, The Shoppes Off 80th, an upscale outdoor shopping venue offering space for 28 new retailers, is slated for completion in 2025.
