Horse Sport is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications for the 2011 Horse Sport Young Riders’ Scholarship worth $5,000.
Horse Sport has long been dedicated to supporting Canada’s up‐and‐coming riders and their equestrian aspirations. The Horse Sport Young Riders’ Scholarship Fund was established in 1998 as part of Horse Sport’s 30th anniversary celebration. Each year since, the top Canadian riders at the North American Young Riders’ Championship in dressage, show jumping and eventing were awarded a cash prize toward their pursuits. The format of the Scholarship changed in 2010 and now rewards a single deserving Canadian young rider with a $5,000 Scholarship.

These talented and dedicated equestrians are the future of our sport and are much deserving of our help,” said Horse Sport publisher Jennifer Anstey. “This Scholarship is certainly a rewarding way of giving back to the industry that is our passion and main focus.”
