Beatrice Boucher, Pia Fortmuller, Megan Lane, and Evi Strasser formed the Canadian Dressage Team that placed third in the Stillpoint Farm CDIO3* Nations’ Cup competition held March 17 and 18, 2022, during week 10 of the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival (AGDF) in Wellington, FL.

As the defending champions, Germany retained its title in the team event with a total score of 433.337 points while the home nation of the United States was narrowly edged into second place with 432.265. Canada placed third with a total score of 409.091. Canada has won the Nations’ Cup on one occasion, in 2017, since the event’s inception in 2016.

Teams for the Nations’ Cup were comprised of small and large tour combinations with an extra 1.5 points added to the scores of large tour combinations. Beatrice Boucher, 24, of St. Dominique, QC, contested the small tour for Canada, earning scores of 69.912% in the CDIO3* Prix St. Georges and 67.647% in Friday’s CDIO3* Intermediate I riding Summerwood’s Limei, a nine-year-old Hanoverian mare (Londonderry x Weltmeyer) owned by Monica Von Glahn.
