The 93rd Fall Elite Auction shone with brilliant riding horses from famous dam lines that were auctioned for top prices around the globe. Olympic stables from all over the world secured their young Oldenburg stars in the Oldenburg Horse Center Vechta. The average price leveled off at over 43,000 Euros. (Results here.)
The price peak of the 93rd Fall Elite Auction was the ultra-modern Fürstenerbe by Fürsten-Look – De Niro – Rubinstein I, bred by Heinrich Gerriets from Wilhelmshaven and exhibited by Martin Otten from Steinfeld. The beautiful black gelding was sold to the patrons Doris and Max Matti from Switzerland for 126,000 Euros. Top dressage rider David Taylor will take his place in the saddle and advance the training in the future. Triple European Champion Der Erbe OLD by Dimaggio under Jana Schrödter is his brother. The black pearl comes from the renowned Grosse Liebe dam line.
The second most expensive horse was the six-year-old grey stallion Borsody by Bordeaux – Sandro Hit – Donnerschwee, bred by Bernd Huslage jun. from Essen and exhibited by Friedbert Schaul from Heilbronn. This ultra-modern eye-catcher from the famous Rudilore dam line was sold to the USA for 107,000 Euros. Dam Rudiflora is sister of the licensed Showdancer by Sir Donnerhall I, Intermediaire I under Lena Waldmann.
The price peak of the show jumpers was the OS champion mare Con Sugar by Solitair – Check In – Contendro I, bred and exhibited by Franz-Rudolf Sanktjohanser from Löningen. The hammer fell at 86,500 Euros. Con Sugar will shine at the Heinrichs Horses stable and under the international parcours rider Tobias Meyer. Dam Con Leche and granddam Con Pleasure were also celebrated champion mares. Dam Con Leche is the sister of Savage/1.45 m with Patrick Stühlmeyer.
More than half of all riding horses will inspire Oldenburg friends abroad in the future. These quality horses are sold to Switzerland (5), USA (3), Austria (2), Spain (2), Belgium (1), Great Britain (1), Indonesia (1), Italy (1), Mexico (1) and Monaco (1). The average price of the excellent riding horse collection leveled off at around 43,000 Euros. The total turnover was 1,421,000 Euros.
Top Foals Head to USA
Oldenburg fans from the United States of America secured top foals in the 93rd Fall Elite Auction and ensured exciting bidding duels until the very last second. (Results here.)
The top price with 41,750 Euros was the enchanting Feingold by Fynch Hatton – Fürst Romancier – Carry Gold, bred by Josef Gravenhorst from Bakum/Lower Saxony. The stallion candidate was sold to regular customers from the USA. Holly Simensen, Oldenburg ambassador to North America, successfully looked after the customers from Florida for many years. Foal sire Fynch Hatton OLD is saddle licensing winner and reigning German Champion as well as Oldenburg State Champion. The licensed Grand Prix winning Plaisir d’Amour under Markus Gribbe/USA comes from this dam line.
The second price peak with 28,000 Euros was Fleur de ma Vie by Total Hope – Feedback – Fidermark, bred by Michele Grütters from Wülfrath/North Rhine-Westphalia. Sire Total Hope OLD is world championship bronze medalist and Nürnberger Burg-Pokal winner under Isabel Freese and son of the Olympic legend Weihegold OLD. In the future Fleur de ma Vie will please her new owners in the USA, who will be looked after by Thomas Rhinow, Sales Manager Dressage.
The price highlight of the jumping foals with 17,000 Euros was Henley by Hardrock Z – Cardento – Grannus, from the Hartmann & Stratmann breeding association from Siedenburg/Lower Saxony. Sire Hardrock Z took part in the big championships in top jumping under Emanuel Andrade, VEN. From the line the 1.60 m jumpers: Lacan/Patrick Stühlmeyer, Chablou/Luka Zaloznik, MKD, Caramba/Karl Brocks and Tailormade Cash is King/Jaekyung Lee, KOR. In the future, the sporty Henley will move to new customers in Hungary from customer advisor Philip Bölle.
13 out of 26 auction candidates (50%) were bought by Oldenburg friends from abroad. In the future, they will bring joy in the USA (6), Austria (3), France (1), Spain (1), Switzerland (1) and Hungary (1). The Oldenburg Elite foals from the 93rd Fall Elite Auction shone with an average price of around 14,000 Euros and sales of almost 360,000 Euros.
