I know it’s nothing compared to the snow and ice at home, but the last two days have been a bit grey here in Ocala so we brightened things up with a bit of jumping today. We reset the jump field as the footing was getting a bit worn around the previous track and it was time for some new exercises.

One exercise you will see in the video below of Foxwood High working on gymnastics is a line of 30′ two strides – very good for helping these big horses sit down.

Speaking of big horses I got the chance to jump Riley – Rather Boldly who is Q’s brother. Despite the blood relation he is at the opposite end of the spectrum physically to petite little Ms Q but he was very patient as I tried to adapt to a much bigger centaur! 600 bales of hay are on their way this afternoon so I’d better get going. 🙂
