you're listening to an article from horse sport.com. want to join the canadian reining committee? by: equine canada |. the canadian reining committee (crc) is now accepting nominations to fill three vacant positions on the crc. the positions on the committee are not specific in task and each position is for a two-year term beginning in february 2015.the committee is seeking candidates who possess the passion and drive to work with other committed volunteer members to oversee the strategic direction of programs for reining in canada. any member elected to the crc must be a canadian citizen and hold a current equine canada sport licence or membership. these individuals will serve a two year term which will commence in february 2015. below is the election timeline as outlined in the crc governance manual. actual dates for this year are indicated. advertisement scroll to continue with content • first monday of december (dec. 1, 2014) – call for nominations • december 31st – close of nominations • second monday in january (jan. 12, 2015) – call for voting process on the nominated applicants • last monday in january (jan. 26, 2015) – close of voting process for the nominated applicants • first monday in february (feb. 2, 2015) – new crc members take office. for further information and/or a nomination form please contact wendy gayfer at equine canada at wgayfer@equinecanada.ca.
