2008 Olympic Silver Medalists Mac Cone, Jill Henselwood and Ian Millar will join many of Canada’s top Grand Prix riders at the Caledon Equestrian Park this month.  “As the new season begins at the Caledon Equestrian Park, we are delighted that so many of our equestrian athletes have chosen to show with us this spring,” said Craig Collins.

The park will host two competitions in May from the 13 – 17th and 20 – 24th which have received a record number of entries. Over nine hundred stalls have been booked and horses will be competing from Wednesday through Sunday in all of the site’s six competition rings.

Equestrian Management Group has been operating horse shows at the Caledon Equestrian Park since 1986. They are excited to be hosting the inaugural Canadian Show Jumping Championships to be held September 23-27, featuring world class competition. The Park is also pleased to have been selected as the equestrian venue should Toronto win the bid for the 2015 Pan American Games. Hosting the equestrian events will have a tremendous impact on the local Caledon economy and in preparation, many upgrades and changes will take place.
