Wellington, Fla. – Canada’s Mario Deslauriers and Tigger won the $25,000 Fidelity Investments 1.50-meter Classic in Week II of the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center Saturday.

Of the 28 combinations to start the class, five made it to the jumpoff on the Anthony D’Ambrosio designed course.

DesLauriers and Tigger, owned by Jane F. Clark, were quick and clean in both the first round and the jumpoff. The pair finished the jumpoff in 39.572 secs., 1.722 secs. faster than Leslie Howard of Westport, Conn. on Raimond W who placed second.

Candice King of Wellington, Fla. on Skara Glen’s Rebozo was third.
