“Once again a difficult period for the events industry”: another major European horse show takes a hit over recent Covid-19 developments.

It is unbelievable that for the second year in a row, we have to move Jumping Amsterdam. Every possible scenario has been discussed, but unfortunately with the current measures and the uncertainty about the period after that, it is simply not possible. Jumping Amsterdam is an event which brings people together and where enjoying top sport comes first. Unfortunately that is currently not possible. A decision that is very, very difficult for us. Ticket sales

We are going to miss our public, the participants, partners, volunteers and exhibitors. Many tickets have already been sold and hospitality agreements have been made. We understand that there are many questions due to this decision. All our visitors and stakeholders will receive more information about the entrance tickets and the agreements by e-mail. The Top of Dressage, the Wednesday evening program, prior to Jumping Amsterdam will move to the next edition. We are really looking forward to welcoming everyone in 2023.

The next edition

Moving the 2022 edition does not mean that we stop working. “We have been able to create a lot on our platform the past year and we want to pursue this with the 2023 edition in mind. We are looking forward to enjoying the magic of Jumping Amsterdam in a packed RAI Amsterdam more than ever.” Says Irene Verheul. “We will not be discouraged and will come back stronger than ever in 2023!”
