The first foal by famed dressage stallion Totilas was born January 23rd, at the University Veterinary Clinic at Utrecht, in The Netherlands.

The filly, called Moorlands Guinevere, was bred via embryo transfer. Her dam is the KWPN elite mare Sajouti (Clavecimbel x Flamingo), owned by Moorlands Stables and ridden successfully in dressage by Laura Visser. Guinevere is also owned by Cees and Tosca Visser of Moorlands Stables.

Totilas’ former rider, Edward Gal, has already been to visit Guinevere and has refered to himself as a “proud uncle.”

More little ones can be expected soon for Totilas, as it was reported that the 11-year-old son of Gribaldi has earned more than €1 million in stud fees, for new owner, Paul Schockemöhle.
