To mark the 30th Anniversary of the Fall Breeder’s Classic Sale, the Alberta Chapter is hosting a gala evening at the Royal West Horse Show in Calgary on October 18. The sale ‒ the longest-running Warmblood auction in North America ‒ will run online from October 18-21 on ClipMyHorseTV and feature a wide selection of 53 top-quality Warmblood horses in several categories, from prospects under saddle to foals, yearlings and broodmares.
On Sunday, September 22, the 2024 CW Auction Trial Day will take place at the Olds Mega Dome, where Fall Classic Breeders’ Sale horses will be on site for viewing and pre-arranged trial rides, with their owners on hand to answer any questions. (See the Facebook page for details)
For three decades, the Canadian Warmblood Fall Classic Breeders’ Sale has been the launching pad for many success stories, with horses going on to excel in dressage, jumping and three-day eventing. To date, the auction has connected buyers with approximately 1,500 exceptional sport horses and played a critical role in promoting Canadian breeding programs on the global stage.
