Ottawa, Ontario— Dressage Canada is pleased to announce ‘A Clinic With a Difference’, featuring FEI Dressage Steward General Margaret Murdoch, to be held April 14 – 15, 2007 in Langley, BC.

The clinic is intended for those interested in becoming a steward for the sport of dressage as well as for current stewards who are required to attend a dressage specific steward clinic in order to update their status for 2007. The clinic will take place at the Best Western Langley Hotel. The cost is $150 for Equine Canada a Dressage Canada members or $200 for non-members. Pre-registration is required, and the registration deadline is March 23, 2007. For more information on how to become an Equine Canada certified steward, please see the Dressage section of the 2007 Rules of Equine Canada, which will soon be available on the Equine Canada website – equinecanada.ca.

Murdoch was appointed Canada’s first ever FEI Dressage specific Steward General in October 2005, coming into the new position with a great deal of knowledge and expertise as a well respected FEI Steward and a Dressage Specific Steward in addition to being a member of Dressage Canada’s Officials Committee.
