Clinton, ON – Plans have been unveiled for the REACH Grand Opening celebration set to take place on Saturday, September 12, 2009 in Clinton, Ontario.

Sponsored by the Regional Equine & Agricultural Centre of Huron, the Grand Opening will feature over 60 exhibitors, along with educational and information sessions, breed and discipline demonstrations, live animal displays, and two seminars offered by Lindsay Grice, noted professional coach and trainer in the equine industry. Equine Guelph’s EquiMania!! will also be in attendance.

“This event will be an entertaining and informative experience for everyone in attendance,” says Melanie Prosser, REACH’s Director of Program Services. “We’re proud to showcase all of the talent and support of the agricultural and equine industries that will be available through REACH’s new facilities.”

The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. that day, with the events running from 10:00 a.m. through to 6:00 p.m. at REACH, 169 Beech Street in Clinton. Admission and parking is free, and the event is open to the public.

The facilities at REACH include an Olympic-sized, indoor arena and warm-up arena. The two over-sized outdoor show rings, and facilities for show stabling and RV parking are currently under construction.
