Equine Canada and the Canadian Reining Committee is now accepting applications from qualified candidates interested in fulfilling the role of Chef d’Equipe – Reining, for the 2014 Alltech World Equestrian Games™ being held in Normandy France August 23 to September 7, 2014.
The successful candidate will provide leadership in the management of the Reining Team at the 2014 World Equestrian Games and will work in close partnership and in collaboration with Equine Canada and the Committee in the fulfillment of their duties in preparation for and during the Games. They must show a proven ability to work in a team environment, in a leadership role. A strong technical knowledge of the discipline of reining is considered an asset.
This is an event related position commencing immediately upon final selection. Details of the time commitment and duties will be outlined in the interview process. The deadline for submission of applications is April 30, 2014.

The Canadian Reining Committee is the discipline committee of Equine Canada responsible for developing and implementing programs on behalf of the Reining community. The key role and responsibility of the CRC is to develop broad policy and objectives that will ensure that programs within the discipline are produced, implemented, and effectively evaluated.
