Russian and Belarusian athletes and officials must not in any way indicate they support the war in Ukraine in order to take part in FEI events.

The FEI Board will lift protective measures to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes, horses and officials to participate as neutrals.

The FEI Board has also prohibited the participation of all Russian and Belarusian athletes, horses and officials in international events.
