Effective Jan. 1, 2018, new Equestrian Canada Para-Dressage Tests will be used for Bronze competitions and para-dressage video competitions.
The new tests will replace the previous National Para-Dressage Tests currently being used for Bronze competitions and video competitions.
Para-Dressage Walk Tests:
• 2018 Walk Test – Level 1
• 2018 Walk Test – Level 2
• 2018 Walk Test – Level 3
Para-Dressage Walk/Trot Tests:
• 2018 Walk/Trot Test – Level 1
• 2018 Walk/Trot Test – Level 2
• 2018 Walk/Trot Test – Level 3
Para-Dressage Walk/Trot/Canter Tests:
• 2018 Walk/Trot/Canter Test – Level 1
• 2018 Walk-Trot/Canter Test – Level 2
• 2018 Walk/Trot/Canter Test – Level 3

The tests are designed to progressively develop the skills of athletes entering the competition stream. Please note that classification grades have been removed from the new para-dressage national tests, as athletes are not required to be classified to compete at Bronze competitions and are encouraged to compete at the highest level of their current riding ability to facilitate the development of effective riding skills.
