The thirty horses that are to compete in the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in August came out of their two-week post-arrival quarantine in Singapore today.
For the first time in Olympic history, a ballot will be organised to pair the horses with the 30 young riders competing in the individual and team Jumping events at the Games. The horses were specially trained over an eight-month period at Glen Haven Park in Queensland, Australia.
The Singapore Youth Olympic Games take place from 14 to 26 August.
