2015 Equine Canada Annual General Meeting

Please be advised the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Equine Canada Membership will be held as follows:

8 a.m. to 10 a.m. EDT

Registration:
Thursday March 26, 2015, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. EDT
Friday March 27, 2015, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. EDT

Gatineau, QC
J8X 4B4

Attendance at this meeting is open to all members in good standing with Equine Canada.

The purpose will include:
• Adoption of Minutes of previous 2014 AGM
• Report from Audit Committee
• Approval of Financial Statements
• Appointment of Auditors
• Reports from President, CEO and Councils
• Confirmation of Board of Directors
• Completion of the vote on the Special Resolution regarding proposed By-laws and Articles of Continuance.
