Do you know a great coach, one that embodies all that is great about the sport? Equine Canada is calling for nominations for its annual Certified Coaching Awards and the deadline is fast approaching.
The Equine Canada National Coaching Awards recognize coaches and instructors from all disciplines and levels who exemplify the coaching and teaching practices of the National Coaching Certification Program.
“Coaches drive the future of our sport,” explains Sarah Bradley, Equine Canada level 3 Eventing coach and Master Learning Facilitator, from British Columbia. “Please step forward and nominate a certified coach who has made a difference to you.”
The deadline for nominations is Friday, December 7th, at midnight.
Nominees may come from all corners of the country and are recognized for their contribution to the sport as a teacher and coach, whether their students are active in competitive sport, or are recreational sport participants.
Equine Canada coaching awards will be presented in the following levels and in all disciplines (where applicable):
• Instructor/Instructor of Beginners;
• Coach 1, 2, 3, and 4;
• Competition Coach; and
• High Performance Coach Candidate.
